In your 30s, you realize that life is about more than just you! You must allocate your time and resources to various aspects of your life, such as family, kids, extended family, parents, friends, colleagues, etc.

In Surah al Ahqaf (46):15, Allah mentions 40 years as the age of maturity. In the same verse, Allah also blessed us with a beautiful dua.
Therefore, the 30s are not just a period of change but also an exciting time when life shapes us into maturity. To make the most of this growth, it would be beneficial to consciously adhere to the best of habits, Islamic habits.
